Our onsite QC Inspector is Lavander Weston. He has worked for Pelco Structural as an inspector since 2019.
His specific role for Apollo covers current time & final sign off inspections.
Prints are used as a basis to check metal being broken, parts being burned, holes being drilled and all other non-welding work.
Welding processes at each stage from layout to fit up through to final welds are checked for print accuracy, visual acuity, measurement preciseness & overall correctness & integrity.
As a final check before leaving our facility, a QC tag is attached to your product. Along with Lavander’s signature, the QC tag also has the quantity count & date on it.
